In this immersive, hands-on workshop, held at Rosehip Smallholding, Ballindarg by Forfar, you will explore how to forage, craft remedies, and create seasonal wellness practices that nourish both body and spirit.

  • The art of foraging wild plants, learning what to harvest and what to avoid to ensure safe and sustainable foraging.
  • Hands-on crafting of herbal remedies like teas, tinctures, and oils, giving you the confidence to use plants as medicine.
  • A deep dive into seasonal wellness, learning which herbs to focus on as the seasons shift and how to align your body with nature’s cycles.
  • A tea ceremony and drumming meditation to connect with the spirit of plants and tap into their energetic healing power.
  • Insight into how to use herbs in food, learning how specific plants can enhance the flavour and nutritional value of your meals
  • Simple, practical steps to weave herbs into your daily beauty routine, without overwhelm
