How We Hold Space Together
This is a space for curiosity, self-tending, and honest reflection.
We speak from the “I” — sharing our own experiences rather than offering unsolicited advice.
We listen with care, honour differences, and trust that each person knows what’s right for them.
Thank you for helping make this a truly nourishing community.

What's New
Spring has sprung! We will be working with red clover flower this month. We will also lean into the theme presented during our 13 Nights Ceremony, 10 of Fire (Wands in traditional Tarot). This card offers us insight for the potential to overextend ourselves in April. With the return of warmer weather our work and social calendars can fill quickly. This can leave the energetic tank running low or even empty. The invitation when noticing overwhelm setting in: create a list of what is necessary and remove or reschedule what you can. You may also ensure there is time for rest. Rest isn't just about sleep. It may look like moving our body as well. Red Clover will nourish and support us throughout April.
There are two Red Clover herbal immersions this month, and a tasseomancy ceremony. We are working on the theme of intentionality and mindful maintenance to protect our peace as offered by the 10 of Fire.
Our seventh medicine makers gathering will take place on Wednesday, April 29th, at 5pm (BST) this is your chance to bring whatever you're working on and create in a community space. I'll be making some smoke bundles and talking about all things medicinal smoke. This is a relaxed session where we chat and catch-up, share our wins (and our difficulties) You don't even need to be working on anything, just come along and say hi.Â
Â
As ever, this membership is led by you- if there are things you would like to learn, or particular herbs you're drawn to working with , then let me know!Â

 Monthly Medicine Makers GatheringÂ

This is your space to finally start or finish that herbal product you've been thinking about! each month I craft a different product alongside whatever you are working on, and we get the chance to chat and support each other.Â
This is in informal session where we can share our wins, losses and difficulties! If you don't have anything you want to make, just bring yourself and a cup of tea.

Celebrating YOU!
However You've arrived here...
—tired, hopeful, curious, unsure—I want to take a moment to celebrate you.
You said yes to yourself.
To your body.
To the possibility that small steps can lead to real change.
This space isn’t here to fix you.
It’s here to remind you that you were never broken.
You belong here. You’re already enough. And we’re so glad you’ve arrived.
Congratulations - for taking that first step
Remember, you don't have to do everything- just choose the pace that suits you!
