How We Hold Space Together

This is a space for curiosity, self-tending, and honest reflection.
We speak from the “I” — sharing our own experiences rather than offering unsolicited advice.
We listen with care, honour differences, and trust that each person knows what’s right for them.
Thank you for helping make this a truly nourishing community.

What's New

This month we’re stepping into Lughnasad, Celtic Fire Festival and  time of the first harvest.

Lughnasad marks the first harvest—a time to gather in what’s grown, both in the land and in ourselves. In this online ceremony, we’ll come together to reflect on the season that’s been, connect with our plant allies, and honour the turning of the wheel.

Our August Health & Wellness Workshop will continue on from July, looking at Digestive Health. This time looking at common issues of the lower digestive track including IBS, constipation and diarrhoea.

To help us slow down and nourish our nervous system, we’ll be working with Lavender flowers as our herb of the month.

Following the tea ceremony, you’re invited to join a 7-day daily tea connection with lavender—just 5 mindful minutes each day to build a relationship with this calming plant ally.

Celebrating YOU!

However You've arrived here...

—tired, hopeful, curious, unsure—I want to take a moment to celebrate you.
You said yes to yourself.
To your body.
To the possibility that small steps can lead to real change.
This space isn’t here to fix you.
It’s here to remind you that you were never broken.

You belong here. You’re already enough. And we’re so glad you’ve arrived.

Congratulations - for taking that first step

Remember, you don't have to do everything- just choose the pace that suits you!
